1. Name. The name of this Circle is "Name of Circle". It is located at address, city, state. It can be reached at person@some.org.

2. Purpose. The purpose of the Circle is to aid its members in providing mutual support to each other, and in assisting those in need in the greater community around us.

3. Membership. Any person who supports the purpose of the Circle is welcome to join it, regardless of their race, religion, national origin, age, gender, or sexual preference.

4. Accounts. Each member may open one or more anonymous accounts with the Circle to help them keep their giving to other members and to the community in balance with their taking. The Circle may charge a fee for account administration not greater than its actual cost. Only the member who opened the account (or others authorized by that member) may make withdrawals. Any member may make deposits to any account.

5. Decisions. All decisions are made by majority vote of the Circle's members. The vote will be by secret ballot if that is requested by any member.
