OmniHelp control files, available from Omni Systems:

Oracle Help for Java, available from Oracle:
http://otn.oracle.com/software/tech/java/help/content.html
JavaHelp, available from Sun Microsystems:
http://java.sun.com/products/javahelp/index.html
Eclipse SDK or Infocenter, available from Eclipse:

Microsoft Help Workshop; you can download Help Workshop from Josef Becker's wonderful HelpMaster Web site:

Install Microsoft Help Workshop in a folder separate from Mif2Go. Keep in mind that to use WinHelp, users with systems running Microsoft Vista will have to download a new WinHelp engine from Microsoft; this engine cannot be distributed by third parties.
