17.5.2 Assigning code to [Inserts] keywords for splits and extracts
To specify a predetermined location for HTML code, you can assign the code to a keyword in the [Inserts] section. For example:
Table 17-3 lists the basic [Inserts] location keywords, and for each keyword describes where the HTML code assigned to that keyword would be invoked in an output file.
