8.2.7 Specifying help-file language for HTML Help
If you specify a locale identifier (LCID) other than US English for the Language option in the .hhp file, a defect in HTML Help Workshop prevents your help-file title from being displayed in the CHM file; instead, the title shows as "HTML Help". Mif2Go provides a default workaround that sets the HTML Help Workshop Language option to US English for initial creation of the .hhp file. The following configuration-file option is provided if you need to specify a different locale identifier:
; HelpFileLanguage = LCID to put in project file, default is for
; US English; even if the .chm is being used in other locales,
; this setting is required for the HelpFileTitle to display
;HelpFileLanguage=0x409 English (United States)
