35.2.1 Understanding where to run DCL

You must invoke the Mif2Go DCL filter on a command line in a Windows console window, at a command prompt. The Mif2Go DCL filter is a Windows Console application, not an MS-DOS application. It will not run under plain MS-DOS, without Windows.
