27.2.1.2 Creating a macro variable
You create a Mif2Go macro variable when you do any of the following:
• Use the variable as the first term in a macro assignment or increment/decrement statement; see §27.2.2 Assigning values to macro variables.
• List the name of the variable in one of the following configuration-file sections:
- [MacroVariables]
(for use in macros);

- [UserVars] (for use in system commands);

Assigning an initial value to a user variable
• Define
a FrameMaker user variable in your document;
see §27.2.5 Treating FrameMaker
user variables as macro variables
• Assign
a TextStore or CodeStore property
to a paragraph format;
see §27.2.7 Creating macro variables
from paragraph content.
