8.8.1 Choosing how to generate HTML Help contents and index

After you set up your HTML Help project, you can choose whether contents and index will be generated by Mif2Go or by HTML Help Workshop:

[MSHtmlHelpOptions]

; RefFileType = HHW (default, for HH Workshop), Full, Body, None

;  but note: when Set up... writes the .ini, this setting is never HHW

RefFileType=Body

The default is RefFileType=HHW when you use the command-line version of Mif2Go (see §35 Converting via DCL). When you set up an HTML Help project from within FrameMaker, this default is always overridden. The Mif2Go Set Up dialog always specifies one of the following:

RefFileType=Body (for books)

RefFileType=Full (for single-file conversions).

When RefFileType=HHW, Mif2Go removes attributes (including class) from <Hn> tags, and leaves the task of generating contents and index to HTML Help Workshop. You can edit the configuration file to change the value of RefFileType.
