Pricing for Upgrades and Support All sales include unlimited email support and all upgrades for the year following shipment of the filter. We will typically ship a new upgrade every month or so, but make no promises about that schedule. Our product improvements are continuous and ongoing, and we will always send any current customer a copy of the current shipping version (which changes at least once a week) upon request. The documentation will usually, but not always, include the most recent changes, but the full .ini files will always have all available settings listed and commented. The current versions are also accessible at our Downloads page. After the first year, you can renew for the Annual Upgrades amount in the table, based on about 25% of the purchase price. That will again include unlimited email support and all upgrades for a full year. The renewal period will always begin with the day after the end of the previous paid support period, so it does not make sense to wait to renew. We recommend that single-seat license renewals, which are only $75 each, be paid using a credit card when possible, to minimize billing costs for all concerned. Renewals for five seats and above are handled by invoicing, as for the original order. Note that holders of multiple licenses must renew all of them at the same time. | ||||
