There are three ways you can pay for Mif2Go licenses: • Check, either business or personal, in US funds and drawn on a US or Canadian bank, our preferred method. We email you an invoice (a Word 2000 document file in a .zip) which you can print out locally, with the address to which to mail payment. • Wire transfer, for customers outside the US and Canada only; we email you an invoice with the banking information you need. • Credit card for up to ten licenses and for support and upgrade renewals for such licenses. A confirming invoice is provided after the order is complete in this case. You interact directly with an online retailer; we never see your credit-card information. We formerly accepted Purchase Orders also, but found that too many companies seemed to consider them as equivalent to Net 120 Days or worse, so no longer can do so. Sorry. In any case, you start by filling in the Order Form for Mif2Go Seats, which gives us the information we need for our customer records. This information is always kept completely private. Our official policy is to ship immediately upon receipt of payment. However, if your need is urgent (as it often is), you can email us when you have put the check physically in the mail (or made the wire transfer at your bank), and we will email you the password for downloading the registered version of Mif2Go without waiting. We take your word for it. Unfortunately, we will have to discontinue this accomodation the first time it is abused by anyone; fortunately, in the five years we have offered it, nobody has done so. The honor system works. Important Note: Once we have sent you the software, we will not make a refund under any circumstances. There is no realistic way to return a product sent electronically, and we simply cannot afford to make Mif2Go into freeware and still provide the upgrades and support that our paying customers rightfully expect. If you want to try out Mif2Go first, please download our unlimited sample version and run that; it works identically to the registered version, except that some of your text content is randomly replaced with text from Lewis Carroll's Jabberwocky to ensure that the sample output cannot be used in commercial production. | ||||
