There is a plug in that I got in 2008. I can't remember who created it, but it changes added text to green and deleted text to red.  You can then accept all changes or individual changes.
 
I have been using it with Frame8 & 9.
 
Check the archives as I think I got the link from this group. This link has a plug in, but I don't think I paid for the one I have.
