Hello Framers,

I am trying to help a client with a problem. Here is here setup:

FrameMaker 7.2, Acrobat 7, and Windows XP.

Her documents originally used Times and Helvetica, but we substituted Times
New Roman and Arial. When she switches the printer to the Adobe PDF printer
and tries to print or open one of the FM documents, it says that Helvetica
and Times are missing. When she switches back to her HP printer, she doesn't
get the missing fonts message. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
