Hello,

In summer/fall 2008 there were 10 Framemaker 8.0 licenses installed.
Since then, three people have left. And now, there are three new
people, but none of the original license information for those three.

How is/is it possible to retrieve missing license information for
Framemaker 8.0? Is there criteria that Adobe accepts as proof of
purchase and can then provide the license information the
IS/Accounting/Purchasing departments say that they do not have?
