I keep miles away from TCS. I tried it to compare and was not impressed. It’s too much work from beginning to end.

If u need something doing quickly and u really are stuck, u can use Mif2go to create the help you need. I can help if u want. Depending on the complexity, I can produce delivery-ready files in a day or 2 normally. I realize you are an outsourcer to but if u really are in a pickle, I can help u make the delivery. And once the solution works, it doesn’t break down until Japanese cars !!

I do NOT have TCS2, but I am posting to several lists in hopes of findng an answer. I have standalone FM 9 (all patched) and standalone RH 8.0.2 installed on a 64 bit Win7 system. Whenever I open RH and request to import a FM file, I get one of the following two messages:

1.) Import error  - failed to complete import. the import function grinds and grinds and then times out with this error  message.

2.) the "x".fm is NOT a FM file. Make sure that it is open and is a FM file. Uh, yea, it is and it is open, otherwise, I wouldn't be trying to import it.

I am frustrated, stymied, panicked - you  name it.  I am on the hook for OLH for a client and I am at a complete loss. I can't get anywhere with RH.

Where do I start, what do I do?
